20 yo on TRT. Gyno or just sensitive nipples?

I have heard that TRT also messes with E2, and could just have an effect on my nipples, but may not necessarily ever re-ignite my gyno. (my current gyno is completely stagnant. just tissue) I have a arimistane on hand, and was curious to know if y'all would think that's worth while. Or, should I contact my physician in hopes of prescribing some Arimidex?</span></p><p><span style="color: #333333"></span></p><p><span style="color: #333333">P.S. I am seeing an endo very soon to find out what the underlying issue is.
