    Working out and libido

    I recently took a three month break from weightlifting due to a shoulder injury. I was lifting 4-5 days a week. During this time off my libido was much higher and erection quality was better also. Have any of you guys on TRT experienced this while taking a break from the gym?

    What's the minimum weight training to maintain muscle

    I am looking to just maintain my current strength while doing cardio most every day. I am thinking once a week weightlifting to maintain strength,but I have seen some articles that say once a month can work? Any opinions / experience on doing the minimum for weightlifting?
