Has anyone’s testicles ever NOT recovered? It’s been over 2 years, and mine are still atrophied. They’re still smaller than before. What can I do?
2 years ago I came off TRT. For recovery, I took Toremifene at 60mg for 2 weeks, then 30mg for 4 weeks. Leading up to that I took HCG and also HMG. Clomid always messes me up…I did it 8 years ago and it gave me permanent eye floaters that I still have today. My testicles are still atrophied...- JCUSN

Toremifene Citrate
I m in the process of restarting after TRT , but Clomid is a non-starter for me and Nolvadex also gave me libido issues . I want to choose Toremifene Citrate as the SERM post HCG but my doctor says it may not be available in pharmacies . Does anybody know if that is true ? Is there a pharmacy...- kashman112

Trying to do a HPTA restart with my doc…29 days in my total T is only 18:(

Clomid, Nolvadex or Toremifene on TRT to boost FSH levels in combination with hCG for fertility?
It seems to be a debatable topic whether or not there are any benefits to using Clomid or other serms on TRT. We typically use hCG to retain fertility (or restore).
