Poorly Managed Cycles - Need Advice on Recovery

At age 22 in Around April/May 2015 i ran a cycle of test-e 250mg twice a week all the way up to September. I was young and stupid and was extremely negligent towards possible side affects. Now i just want to be back to normal. I threw anavar in towards the end of the cylce and my testicles...
