hcg testosterone

I read an old article by William Llewellyn on PCT, where he recommended 5000iu HCG every 5 days for a quick recovery..What do you guys think? Thank you very much

Hello everybody I have a quick question I am taking 500 IU's of HCG the day before my testosterone shots twice-weekly how do I know if I am getting enough HCG with those two 500iu shots?
