hcg liquid form

Has anyone tried this HCG? I normally mix my own but this comes already mixed in liquid form. Im guessing it would be 10,000iu/ml? Can i add bac water to this to bring the potency down? I am currently dosing 500iu every other day. Thanks for any advice, assistance.
