compounded cream scrotum erectile dysfunction ex

I apply 200mg compounded cream to the scrotum ..my libido is great but I can’t sustain erections . ..spreading the dose across the day doesn’t help…my 24 hour trough labs came back with free and total T way over the range and e2 under range ..I don’t have the actual numbers ....I never got ED on...
