Have had what was diagnosed chronic prostatitis for 15 years but turns out I now have severe LUTS and BPH at 44. Has anyone had success in treatment?

For about 15 years I have had symptoms off and on (long duration mild burning post ejaculate mainly) which my previous urologist chalked up to chronic non bacterial prostatitis. We'd use bactrim and an NSAID and the problem would maybe go away on its own maybe not over the years. I started TRT...

What is best meds for BPH and how long do they take to work?

I recently increased my T dose to around 20mg day, mix of enanthate and some topical gel, about half and half, in the space of about 3 months I notice my BPH symptoms are worse, ie smaller pee volume and more frequent, I have read about Tadalafil and other meds and wondered how much difference...

Pain level experience during cystoscopy

My urologist is recommending cystoscopy due to ongoing BPH issues. He will only perform this in office with local anesthesia. i am concerned about pain during the exam and would like to hear from others who have undergone cystoscopy with local anesthesia only. Thank you.
