    Have had what was diagnosed chronic prostatitis for 15 years but turns out I now have severe LUTS and BPH at 44. Has anyone had success in treatment?

    Pain level experience during cystoscopy

    My urologist is recommending cystoscopy due to ongoing BPH issues. He will only perform this in office with local anesthesia. i am concerned about pain during the exam and would like to hear from others who have undergone cystoscopy with local anesthesia only. Thank you.
