Extreme weight/muscle loss. Questions regarding labs.

Greetings all. 54 male here posting for the first time. Unexplainable weight loss starting 2 years ago. Down 65 lbs fat and muscle. Recent labs show free test.@64pg/ml, total test@347, [email protected], [email protected], SHBG 55nmol. I've been experiencing low sex drive, fatigue, inability to gain muscle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have many more labs but don't know how to do a spreadsheet with my phone.

We need to see the other medical test results you have in order to engage in a focused discussion. What medications/supplements have you taken/are taking?
