Has anyone had any success with Horny goatweed supplement? I have read that an ingredient (yohimbine?) Is not good for you.

Yohimbe is a tree bark (not related to Horny Goatweed) so you must be looking at a supplement that contains a blend of the two. You can get straight horny goat weed pretty easily if you wish.

HGW is a natural PDE5i if I'm not mistaken.

Oh ok, I thought yohimbine was a part of HGW, and I've heard that too much of yohimbine is dangerous. I'm all about trying HGW though. What is the recommended dose? I'm 190 lbs if that matters

Gene suggests as a starting dose 150mg three times a day. Many have modified that as they learn their body's response.
