From tests that I have done I seem to have low cortisol and have all the symptoms. My doctor wants me take 20MG hydrocortisone on top of TRT and thyroid meds. What I'm most afraid of is that this will shut down my adrenals and I will be on HC for life. Which seems dangerous since not making any cortisol at all can kill me.
Do you guys think this is a safe amount and is there any chance of shutting down my adrenals?
