Have your E tested. For me I got anxious when it was high and I got cold when it was low.

    weird veins on penis

I noticed additional veins. 2 large ones that were probably always there but now they are more pronounced. And yes my penis is more vascular since I have been on TRT. I'm sure this varies with TRT users. I also noticed a change after starting Gene's killer stack. So this is all positive stuff...

Adjusting Anastrozole dosing based on morning wood?

Chris, This really struck my interest. Is there any technical information, articles or links that details the back filling?

Vince, that's exactly what I am looking for. This kind of feed back is perfect. Thank you.

    Arimidex: E2 dropped from 45 pg/mL to 12 pg/mL in 7 weeks

I agree with you Gene. I may switch to a different doc. It's too bad they don't have at home kits to test yourself.

    Arimidex: E2 dropped from 45 pg/mL to 12 pg/mL in 7 weeks

Nelson, It's not the sensitive. I'm at the mercy of my Endo. I've asked to get the sensitive and she says no. When I say feel better I mean it has greatly reduced my anxiety, panics and mood bombs. I haven't changed my protocol. Been doing 60mg of test for several months. So just the test cyp...

    Arimidex: E2 dropped from 45 pg/mL to 12 pg/mL in 7 weeks

My endo started me on .5 mg Arimidex twice a week. My numbers dropped from 45 pg/mL to 44 pg/mL. So then she upped it to .5 mg 4 times a week. In 7 weeks I dropped to 12 pg/mL. Nelson I know you are not a big fan but arimidex has really really helped me. One week before my last E2 blood panel I...

Reasons why some men may run out of testosterone early before refill time

Well I was doing 2 things that caused my usage to go up. First I was at 1ml for 2 weeks. Then I split it to .5 ml every week. That was fine. But I started getting mood swings after 6 months so I did twice a week. that should be .25 but I ended up doing 3 to round it off. Also I noticed when I...

Arimidex and how I should take it

Well I have an update. I'm roughly on my seventh week of Arimidex. When I first started taking it I felt frikin amazing. Week 4 I noticed some nite wood changes. So instead of taking .25 4 times a week I changed to .25 twice a week. Nite wood is better now. I have to make one very interesting...

I there a benefit to when I lift in relationship to my biweekly test cyp injections

Nelson, thanks for the quick reply. Yay I was hoping not to change it. Gene, I have a question then, if the peak is 72 hrs shouldn't I take my Arimidex like 48 hrs after injection. You and several have said 24 hrs after. Maybe I am misunderstanding when and how the AI works. Thanks :)

I there a benefit to when I lift in relationship to my biweekly test cyp injections

Currently I am injecting on Tuesday night 6 pm and Saturday Morning 6 am. I lift Mon, Wed and Fri morning. Based I what I read my T will peak 24 to 48 hours. Should I change my injections to Sunday Morn and Wednesday evening or does it really matter?

Great video: One more reason to get a good night’s sleep

WOW! Great video Nelson. I knew sleep was important but this really opened my eyes. I only get like 6 hours average of sleep per nite and will definitely change that. Thanks :D

F.D.A. Panel Backs Limits on Testosterone Drugs but Rejects Petition for More Regulations

This is insane. So do I call my Endo and ins or just wait? Fortunately I have like 5 months worth of T left. Will this limit access to Arimidex also?

Arimidex and how I should take it

Gene, your advice is rock solid. You have helped me so much but this time I have to disagree. I know I may be one of the rare few but I have poked around and there are others that feel the same as I. As soon as my E was going above 35 I noticed it. So lets just put me in the category of hyper...

Arimidex and how I should take it

My E has been rising 5 PG/ML every time I got a blood panel. My Libido and ed seems to fluctuate as does my anxiety(FYI, I had no anxiety prior to TRT). Currently I am at 44.9 PG/ML and I know that's not terribly high but I have noticed I am hyper sensitive to everything. My endo offered...

Hemoglobin / Hemocrit increased risk of Heart Attack

Re Flu and rigor from T shot

I got sick on my first T shot too. Very similar to you. Lasted a week and nothing after. Like in my case could be coincidence. I would try again but definitely split up the dosage. My guess that's like a months worth. I do twice a week.

    Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

Hey Gene quick question. Over the years my testes have always pulled up but once I started TRT they have shrunk some and can quite easily full retract. But one thing I noticed that I haven't had for a long time was I was getting some sac hang. Recently I stopped taking L-arginine and L-citruline...

So is this why to buy butter and full fat items?

I have totally switched to full fat everything (except Milk). I cut soy completely. I lost 10 pds in 2 months. I also stopped taking any whey or casein powders. I eat more eggs in the morning and I eat killer cottage cheese at nite. Friendship is the best cottage cheese on the planet. I eat a...

    Switching from Cialis to Levitra

Well I haven't tried it daily yet. Since it only last 4 to 5 hours according to everyone theoretically it wouldn't work daily. I did a lot of googling and found little to no info on daily Levitra use. I still notice it's affects the next morning but haven't fully tested that out yet. Lets say it...

Does anyone get as moody as I am on TRT?

Bass, I like the way you think. I looked at my first blood work that got me started on TRT and my E then was 35. So maybe it's not the E. I just thought of something. When I was injecting once a week I was told to take 100mg/week. My moods were good the first 4 to 5 moths of TRT but then I...

Does anyone get as moody as I am on TRT?

Thanks Gene I appreciate that. Nelson I see what you are saying and it will be interesting to see what my ultra sensitive estradiol test will be. Ideally the test will be when I am at my moodiest. It's too bad I can't just take when I am at that point. Let's just say it is E spikes that I am...

Does anyone get as moody as I am on TRT?

This is my last blood work from April 2014: test = 704 241-827 Est = 40.2 nd-39.8 hema = 49.1 39.2-48.8 hemo = 17.1 13.2-16.8 She didn't test free this time and has never tested SHBG. She tested mt TSH prior to me getting the TRT. So when I go in September for new blood work I will ask...

Does anyone get as moody as I am on TRT?

I have been on TRT (Testosterone Cypionate only) for 9 months. Lots of positives. But I am struggling with mood changes. My E was tested and I am at 40 so not bad. I know I am hyper sensitive to everything but I think the increase in E even though not that high has me super moody. Cry way more...

    Switching from Cialis to Levitra

Yes it varies but ya around 45 min. And like Nelson says I get some misc. popups the next day if something intrigues me ;). Switching from Cialis to Levitra

I have tried Viagra and it didn't help much. Cialis worked well but wow really stiff neck and intense hot flashes and would get really exhausted after making love. I even tried daily Cialis. It wasn't as bad with the neck stiffness and flushes and I was always ready. But after 3 weeks I noticed...

Video: The Vitamin D and Testosterone Connection

Wow very interesting. This brings up a question. After 4 months or so of being on Test Cyp only, I started to take vitamin D. My 6 month Labs showed a 5% increase in my test results. There was no change in the amount of test cyp I was taking. So my question is, when does the test cyp plateau? I...

I'm fed up with these mood swings and sensitivity loss

Nelson, that is a very interest article. I am making a voodoo doll right now. No just kidding. Btw, my moods are very rarely of anger. Frustration when sensitivity is low for sure. I may get upset(frustrated) but not with my wife. Most of the emotions are much to the feminine side. Even my wife...
