Well I think I am starting to recover quicker over last couple of weeks I have tried going three days in a row and resting on fourth day. Last night I actually trained for two hard hours drinking full gallon of water with a bcaa post workout supplement and I am not tired or really sore this morning.
Not on TRT, I feel fine on the day of working out but after two days of it I am drained. You use so many different muscles that something is always sore. When I first started I got hurt all the time.
Wow so sounds like you are pretty close to sort of a crossfit without the weights. Yep Gracie Barra is fun but rolling "fighting" 5-7 minute rounds is really tough at first.
Hello my name is Daniel and I am from Katy, TX age 37. I have been doing Jiu Jitsu as exercise for a couple of years, love to travel and spend time with the family every chance I get. Looking forward to being an active member of this community for years to come.
I have been working out more now doing jiu jitsu and it seems that every third day I need to rest. My typical day working out is about 1 hour of class and then 1 hour of rolling "live training". I am just totally worn out after two days in a row.
What do you eat, drink or try to do on your rest...
Just did the ios 7 update on my apple iphone, very different look but very clean. Still getting used to it but I like it so far. What are your opinions on it?
Just curious to see what kind of regular exercise people are doing to stay healthy? I started Jiu Jitsu a couple of years ago and it helps but really need to get my eating habits in order. In the past I have purchased gym memberships but never went past the first fe weeks.
