That was the entire point of my post. If the only problem is low T, there should be absolutely zero need for PDE5 inhibitors to function. Agreed, which could have many causes. That's why I tried to make it clear in my post that if the only issue a guy was having was low production of testosterone, they shouldn't need ED drugs unless there is another underlying issue, whether it be vascular, performance anxiety, etc. But so many...- Deleted member 46541

There are plenty of guys who don't need cialis/viagra on TRT. In my opinion, requiring a PDE5 inhibitor would indicate that you are not dialed in unless there are other underlying issues that would require the use of a PDE5 inhibitor like vascular issues.
