Thanks. So the only solution would be to dilute the blood plasma in effect to equalize the red cell ratio. Donate blood would be one, how about maximizing hydration with above average water intake. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hi guys, Does anyone have any experience for the time it takes for bloods to normalize before taking a routine TRT check, specifically the RBC and hemocrit. eg if 6 weeks of 200mg of nandrolone, would a month off reset the rbc and hemcrit? How about Anavar?
