Regarding Testosterone Cypionate and Clomid for Opiod Induced Hypogonadism

Opioids totally crashed my Adrenals. This is a known consequence that doesn’t get enough attention in my opinion. Maybe get ACTH, Cortisol, DHEA checked if you haven’t already. TRT is tough on guys with weak adrenal function. Good luck.

Has anyone had success losing fat with T3/T4 therapy?

Has anyone had success losing fat with T3/T4 therapy?

175 mcg of T4 has helped me lose some weight. T3 has the somewhat paradoxical effect of fat gain with me. Apparently this is not uncommon. T3 can increase hepatic gluconeogenesis and increase insulin. T3 can also drive aromatase and result in an increase in estrogen.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
