All great recommendations here, the one I'm guilty of NOT doing is drinking enough water. When I fast, I tend to not want anything.
This is a good reminder that I should be hydrating, with water, no matter what.
I'll be starting Ipam this weekend and I'm following this thread, perhaps I can post my experiences with it.
If it helps with gastric motility (among other things, leaning, etc.) I'm all for it. I had planned to take it 1st thing in the AM, but now may try taking it right before bed and see...
Great post here, www.Discountlabs.com is my go to for when I want to get personalized, private discreet blood work done. No visit to a Dr needed.
I really like that i can do it myself and keep it to myself.
To the MOD who edited my post, I have been given permission from the very top to do so. I emailed him about you editing my post, he should inform you that it is allowed.
Thanks.
Why not split the dose from one amp in to two (2) syringes and use it that way?
No one said you had to draw it all up at once in to one syringe with needle and administrate it at the same time?
Plenty of people preload their syringes and frankly 250ML per week is pretty high for most guys.
I agree, I think you're taking to much. IMO, you're cycling, not using HRT / TRT, but I don't want you to feel that I (or we?) are bashing on you.

In addition, you're...
I've been into watches for some time and have a very respectable Rolex collection and quite a few BALL watches.
Funny thing is I wear my Garmin watch 99% of the time and very rarely now do I wear a nice watch. Since I've started tracking all my steps and activities, the watch on my wrist has...
Sorry to hear about your troubles with providers, I recommend finding a good Urologist that's HRT / TRT friendly and go from there.
I have a great Dr that's cool, down to earth and as long as we stay within certain parameters, his motto is, "It's your health and your life, you SHOULD feel...
You can always back load the insulin syringe with needle, I typically do several at a time, and load enough for 2 months of doses. Just makes it easier, a stitch in time, saves nine and all that. ;)
Always check with GPZ for all your HRT/TRT supplies.
I always recommend a 20 G 1.5" drawing needle, and NOT using an 18 G as the latter will start to degrade the butyl stopper after repeated penetrations.
The 20G is plenty large enough to allow for easy drawing without doing to much damage.
I DO RECOMMEND switching to a new needle for the...
