The body decides a new homeostasis and the physical manifestation is libido ed issues etc.
So if you have the numbers from when you felt like a rockstar in your 20s and manage to replicate them artificially, would you be close to that feeling wise?
How does hormone variation produce libido? I got very surprised with this comment. I have seen people say that when starting and when stopping hcg they had use libido, but never though it was the variation rather some kind of golden balance reached temporarily.
200mg plus hcg is not TRT dose, unless you are a very bad responder. You can try to lower your dose to TRT levels so all the parameters are normal, and judge based on how you feel.
No need to take 200, if you feel perfectly fine at 100.
What does cat emotions mean? I have notice over the years that I have extremely robotic. Very few normal emotions I feel on a daily basis.
If I remember the comment, they said that on high E2 you cry at puppy videos and on low E2 you feel nothing in general.
Not bad actually. How are you libido wise?
Edit: from what I understand, the only reason my FT is there, is because I don't aromatise enough E2. If I were, my FT would probably be 13-14 as well.
Exactly.
The main doctor of the clinic also responded and it did not go well. Essentially, putting the numbers aside: "the symptoms do exist and my wife has noticed the decline the past three years. Since you cannot help me, can you tell me where to look for help?" And the answer was along the...
I do understand that I have come across more extreme than it actually is. But I am not like a goldfish yet.
Do you have labs before and after? How are you now?
@Systemlord The doc responded this "Essentially he concurred with my treatment plan and didn't feel that your level of oestrogen was...
So that would mean my aromatase levels are probably very low, hence low converted volume.
Unfortunately I do not have labs with E2 from the past. Some labs from 2014 and 2017 only had TT and FT. If we assume I have been like this with steady decline over the years, could it explain my issues as...
I still do not get how it explains mid FT. In your first post I understood it as if low aromatase has an input in suboptimal FT.
I would assume if my aromatase was proper, my FT would be even lower.
