I tried MK-677 for several months and had no gains in muscle or decrease in fat. My sleeping did not noticeably improve and my appetite increased only slightly, all in the beginning. While using it my fasting blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, and water retention increased by...
The attached video gives an excellent comparison of subcutaneous versus intramuscular injections. The author suggests possibly changing carrier oils if you have an adverse reaction to subcutaneous injections. He cites the biggest disadvantage of IM injections is the accumulation of scar tissue...
Since HCG is an aqueous solution you can probably keep injecting it into your belly fat with no problem. The testosterone is in an oil which can cause inflammation when injected into fat instead of muscle. Your thighs and delts have a thinner fat layer than your glutes and might be better...
I think he meant nuclear submarines. Carbon dioxide reduces the amount of oxygen that hemoglobin can carry. Since the atmosphere in a submarine can be 3500 ppm carbon dioxide versus 400 ppm in normal air, then submariners probably have higher hematocrits.
I started at 100 mg testosterone cypionate injected once per week. After the first year I gradually increased the dosage over three years to my current 40 mg testosterone cypionate per day. For the last two years I have stayed at 280 mg/wk and do not plan on going higher. My estradiol...
I inject daily testosterone cypionate/oil solution with an insulin syringe at 90 degrees with 1/2" (12.7 mm) needle. Have done this for two years with no problems. These are IM injections because my skin/fat layer is less than 4 mm in my thighs, delts, and glutes. If you do a true...
I couldn't be happier with my TRT results. My doctor started me on 100 mg/wk (one injection/wk) of testosterone cypionate and told me to eat an extra 500 cal/day. I was 63 years old, 193 pounds and 20% body fat and after the first year was 205 pounds and 16% body fat, a gain of 16 pounds...
Injecting testosterone into fat can leave a stinging knot that can last for days, as stated below:
"Intramuscular tissue "muscle tissue" is hydrophilic, meaning it mixes or dissolves with water. Oil-based medications like injectable testosterone, amino acid formulas, and some injectable...
I have been injecting testosterone cypionate with a 1/2" (12.7 mm) needle into my thighs, delts, and glutes for two years with no problems. My skin/fat layer in my thighs, delts, and glute are 2.2 mm, 2.2 mm, and 4.5 mm, respectively. All my injections with the 1/2" needle are IM. It may...
An aqueous solution such as insulin or peptides should be injected subcutaneously.into the fat layer. An oil based solution such testosterone should be injected into the muscle. Oil does not seem to disperse in the fat layer.
How long were your needles? Oil injected into fat gets inflamed. Take a skin caliper measurement at the injection site and divide by two to get the minimum needle length. My wife's thighs would get inflamed because a 1/2" needle was not long enough but had no problems with her delts since the...
I donated every eight weeks before starting TRT and the carnivore diet. I have given 10 gallons of blood, my wife 18 gallons (she eats little red meat), and a woman at my clinic 28 gallons, all without becoming anemic or other problems.
Great video. Dr. Nichols made a good point that blood is a non-Newtonian fluid and that the viscosity decreases with shear. RBCs stay out of the laminate boundary layer in capillaries. I will continue to donate blood anyway.
My blood pressure was normal but increased to numbers similar to yours after starting TRT. I now take 3/4 teaspoon of magnesium citrate with each of my three meals per day. The amount you need will depend on how much magnesium you get from other sources. I started low and backed off at 1...
If you go to a no-carb diet all year you eliminate the need to bulk/cut, which is unhealthy especially as you get older. Metformin has has side effects and is not recommended long term unless you have diabetes. I get a good pump at age 69 by drinking plenty of water and balancing the main...
I did not see a noticeable improvement in blood pressure, erections, or vascularity from Gene's stack. Since I was already taking 7.2 grams L-Citrulline daily, perhaps there was no room for improvement. Unfortunately Gene's stack produced a fair amount of gas and somewhat loose stools.
Nelson, thank you for your detailed reply. However, I agree with Sammy that it was unfair to include processed meats with all their chemicals and fillers with other meat in the main study. I try to avoid TMAOs by cooking sous vide style at 135 degrees F in the absence of oxygen.
Someone may have already referenced the following study that showed 25 mg per week of testosterone had negative results, 50 mg had little to no effect, and only at 125 mg were the gains positive. Since everone is different, perhaps increasing your dose may be the answer.
It was just the coaches, doctors, and players. The worst part was the hernia check. I don't know why teenage boys need their prostates checked. It was in September 1969.
Good information. I have used MK-677 twice, each time for several months in order to help heal rotator cuff tendons after surgeries. MK-677 at 25 mg per day nearly doubled my IGF-1 levels. The side effects were gaining eight pounds water weight, increased blood pressure and appetite, and my...
