I did not see a noticeable improvement in blood pressure, erections, or vascularity from Gene's stack. Since I was already taking 7.2 grams L-Citrulline daily, perhaps there was no room for improvement. Unfortunately Gene's stack produced a fair amount of gas and somewhat loose stools.

I use 1 mL vials from Hikma and insulin syringes and have had no problems.

Have ordered everything Gene recommended. Cannot wait to see how much it improves my pump.

Nelson, thank you for your detailed reply. However, I agree with Sammy that it was unfair to include processed meats with all their chemicals and fillers with other meat in the main study. I try to avoid TMAOs by cooking sous vide style at 135 degrees F in the absence of oxygen.

Nelson, have you seen any studies for the effects of red meat on ferritin? People on the carnivore diet can eat several pounds of beef each day.

Someone may have already referenced the following study that showed 25 mg per week of testosterone had negative results, 50 mg had little to no effect, and only at 125 mg were the gains positive. Since everone is different, perhaps increasing your dose may be the answer.
