Just got my bloodwork back after 3 weeks on 17mg prop per day.
In summary:
I was previously on 2x2 clicks on cream, great libido, great mood, slightly elevated BP and severe ED. This resulted in the blood results at the beginning of this thread. Drawn 9 hours after application, so almost...
Thanks for the message. If you only apply once a day, what do you think your levels are right before application? (24 hours after application.) Wouldn't that be your trough?
Thanks for the reply. With regards to the blood work timing. 12 hours would be when It time to apply my next dose. I think my levels will still be elevated 3 hours later?
How is your libido and erections on your dosage? Whats it keep your blood levels at?
For me, the mental aspect was the most noticeable difference on the cream. I've never felt so good mentally on TRT as with the cream. I think that is due to the skyhigh DHT I had. As I understand it, DHT impacts mood positively.
Correct Stopped the cream all together. The severe ED scared me. I am on 15mg prog a day. Its been 7 days so far since switch. I still feel good, libido has dropped a bit but ED is improving.
Thanks for feedback. Thats my goal this time, get lowest dose that resolves issues. I think when I was younger my body could overcome higher levels and such. The older I get I need to turn down the octane a bit. :)
wanted to provide an update on the ED. Its been 1 week off the cream and the ED is improved quite a bit. Ill provide bloods on current protocol in a few weeks.
Thanks for the detail. I like the ability to adjust w daily granularity. I Just switched to 15mg Prop per day. I will get bloods in about 3 weeks or so.
Do you suggest getting any additional blood markers with my next round of tests? I tried to gather recommendations from the forum and used Discount labs.

My first post to the forum looking to get some opinions on my recent blood work.
I've been on TRT for about 10 years. For the first 5 or so, things were great on 150-200mg Cypionate per week, nothing else. About 5 years ago I began struggling with libido issues and some ED...
