Which pharmaceutical companies use castor oil or MCT oil as the carrier oil for their testosterone cypionate? I'm trying to avoid formulations that use grapeseed or cottonseed oil, which is difficult to avoid.

Aim for pharmaceutical grade. For example, Bayer Testoviron is top-notch. Be careful and skeptical with UGLs...but if that's your only option stick with companies that have been around for a long time and have a sterling reputation: Dragon Pharma, Geneza, Alpha-Pharma, for example.
