Just curious, has anyone or anyone that you know, went from low T to normal range (even if it's just 500-600) by making significant lifestyle changes instead of TRT?
I know everyone is different, just trying to explore every option before hopping on for the rest of my life.

From what I've been reading online, it looks like i'm secondary?
FSH is 1.46
LH is 3.54
Total T is 269 ng/dl
Free T is 57 pg/ml
SHBG is 23
D3 is 27
Free T4 1.01 ng/dl
TSH 1.96 uIU/ml
PSA .8 ng/ml...
So, who all has tried both subQ and IM and what difference did you notice? Which do you prefer, and what frequency and dosage gets you to what levels each way?
Looking for advice and other's experience and opinions.
My total T has been anywhere between 253 and 325 for the past few years...SHBG around 21-23 consistently.
My doctor prescribed 100mg test cyp to start out, but left it up to me on how to split the dose and whether to pin IM or SubQ etc...
