I tried that. I ran 112 mg in daily injections and ran 700 total t and had zero symptom resolution. I always needed to be 25-30 free t for it to work along with hcg.- Stoak

Feels that way. I bought into a lot of the BS coming out of the high end testosterone promoters early on. "200mg a week starting dose. There is no link between BPH and testosterone at any level. Testosterone improves cardiovascular function etc." These are by the same crew pushing 200mg...- Stoak

Have had what was diagnosed chronic prostatitis for 15 years but turns out I now have severe LUTS and BPH at 44. Has anyone had success in treatment?

I did a far share of dirty bulking on aromatizing compounds. Mainly Dbol, Test, Deca, EQ. My blood pressure was probably elevated then. I did diet down multiple times and was quite fit then but didn't use any other compounds for that. No arimidex. Nobody was really controlling E2 heavily...- Stoak

Agreed. If it was as simple as just reading a book every would be solved and it isn't. Modern cutting edge steroid abusers are now crushing their LDLs and ApoB to sub 50 with low dose crestor and Zetia. Perhaps they are correct that it enables them to abuse much more safely. Nobody can...- Stoak

I simply don't understand how LDL can be a very minor cause when the entire goal of mainstream cardiology is to lower LDL when evidence of ASCVD is present. I don't believe everything is some sort of conspiracy theory.- Stoak

My LDL has been relatively high for years creeping from 130-160 over the past 10 years. My natural HDL is 70-80 and when on TRT it's in the 50-60 level. My LDL basically stays flat on TRT or not. I feel great consistently. As good as I have ever felt on TRT. Just bigger and stronger. I have had bad periods on TRT too mostly revolving around nandrolone. Straight test I feel good as well as long as I'm 160 or a bit lower area. I'm guessing here but I bet if I dropped down to 200 test +...- Stoak

Results came in really quick. Some things were quite unexpected. My hematocrit is DOWN 3 points (46) from 2021 TRT bloodwork. So I have lower hematocrit on 400/500 test + 250 primo than I do on 160 test. I really think I know why. It's the E2. My E2 is lower using primo mid 20s than it is...- Stoak

What did he say about dropping the nandrolone? ImO as long as you are on nandrolone, your chances of restoring spermatogenesis are much lower no matter how much HCG you take.- Stoak

I will just go back to my TRT doses of 160mg per week. I feel fine there. I think I could do 16 weeks on this who knows maybe more. I don't need estrogen management really at those levels although I am thinking of dropping the dose to 140mg per week to see if I can keep my E2 in the mid 20s...- Stoak

I had my E2 at 4 once when using too much primo on TRT 160mg. I was using 250mg primo and I felt fine. And I was there for a couple months at least.- Stoak

My guess is that it is much lower than that. Probably 8-15. It's usually 26 or lower on just 160mg of test. I didn't get Free T and excessive testing bc I didn't do this testing thru my doctor. I used a workaround to testing bc I am in a state that doesn't allow self ordered pay for bloods...- Stoak

26 E2 is low? It's quite optimal for me and what I have read. I am a big fan of Dr Rand and his range is in the 20s. The current experiment has proven to me that at least for me it isn't a ratio T:E2 but an absolute number and in the 20s is best for me.- Stoak

I'd imagine similar results can be had with Anavar which is available via prescription in the US. I haven't personally attempted it, but I theorize it possible as it is a DHT derivative.- Stoak
