Update: after 4-5 weeks off TRT the Acne was gone. It MUST be DHT that is the problem. I feel pretty "normal" like before TRT after 5 weeks. Boring pumps in the gym, but OK libido and wellbeing. Meybe a little tired and now smaller looking too....As to be expected.

Right now it's been 2 weeks since my last 125mg Test E injection and I still get nasty scalp acne. If it dont go away after quitting TRT then i dont know what could cause it. Too early to tell I guess?

I use but it does not seem to work. I leave it in the hair for min. 5 min before rinse.

Can you reccommend a topical for use in hair? Antibiotics like tetracycline helps, but acne returns after.

You are thinking Proviron to raise DHT? Is that a viable permanent solution? Or for testing for the problem? Yeah 250mg may be too high, but the 1ml ampules are 250mg. Maybe i should do one 250mg shot every 8-9 days instead?
