I think your mileage may vary as hcg can raise dht which impacts the function of the increase in estrogen or raises progesterone in some men which also impacts estrogen’s behavior. Check ceruloplasamin and copper Also get an iron panel with ferritin and test zinc. Have you supplemented zinc before? Taking zinc can deplete copper which is necessary for aromatase.

I take 8mg test prop daily. Estimated peak of 1200 estimated trough of 400. I also have started to take it at night as an experiment to see how relevant having levels ascend over night is vs ascending during the day.

I go into the same glute every day with 27 gauge 1/2” never had a problem
