I noticed that the morning and afternoon numbers are very different. My morning number was 451, which imo could be better, but the afternoon number was much lower. They say that it doesn't vary that much if you are over 45 but that has not been the case with me.

"Even the T reading of 451 only gets free T to about 7, which is still low enough to cause symptoms. " It wasn't 7 when I took that test back in december, it was 11.7 but I suspect that is on the low side too.

how old were you when you found out your levels were low?
