Has anyone successfully kept Hematocrit/Hemoglobin low without donating?

Double dos of fish oil and turmeric and lots of water seemed to keep my HCT lowered.

Body Acne -- Caused by DHT or E2?

I stopped HCG and take 1/2 tb of arimidex per week, acne cleared up! of course we're all different! Test cyp. 140 mg per week.

Anabolics/hormones for nocturnal leg cramps?

Has she tried drinking pickle juice? My girlfriend gets cramps on her legs, and she drinks pickle juice, and also rubs it on her legs.Seems to work for her! Good luck

I will getting full labs soon my pre hematocrit was 48 , my old doc had me on 200mg every 3 week, my new doc started me on 80 mg 2x a week.I feel good except for headaches. Been on this protocol for about six weeks. Thank you

Received my blood work today, my crit was 58 donated blood also today. I've been injecting 80mg 2x week. My question is should I stop therapy for a while, or reduce my dosage? Thanks

Injection issues in left thigh and not right

I pinned 1ml. of a testosterone blend on my right quad upper side all well till the next day, I could't bend my leg , really sore for a week, think I'll stick with glutes!

Nandrolone ( Deca Durabolin) Improves Joint Pain in Hypogonadal Men Within 8 Weeks

I used it bi weekly .5 ml, and it did help my joints, if you use too much you'll up your red blood count, especially if your on trt. Also you might worry about Deca dick
