Yes on the protocol. I do better on HCG then clomid, my baseline libido is pretty low on both but better on HCG. The effects of clomid are more subtle and take longer to show but HCG is more of roller coaster. Not very scientific explanation ofc just my subjective experience.

Over the last 2 years I have been on Clomid/HCG alternatively 3 months at a time.
Sperm has improved significantly but only after the first year or so and getting better over time.
For HCG I use 1000 IU EOD and have the following numbers

Any credible research to back up the statement that red meat increases the risk of diabetes and causes heart disease? Most of the stuff that you can read is associations but to my knowledge there is no credible research making a direct link between those.
Any way to get some additional information on the protocols being used? What about the suppression of hpta by hcg - in the presentation he had people recovering pretty fast after stopping and if I understood correctly settle at higher levels of natural T?
Been on clomid for 6 months 25mg ed no issues; had some vision issue when I split to 12.5mg twice a day but went away when I went back to taking it once a day.
Hi all,

Not sure I agree with that... this way of eating is a bit expensive but there is motivation to do that, and for me personally it outweighed the cost - not that before I wasn't spending lots of money on "good" food.
Lots of them are not health gurus at all - they just lay out their theory of how...
@Gman86 if you are into this you can also try listening to Dr. Shawn Baker - Shawn Baker MD He is a huge Carnivore proponent. They are now doing a carnivore study via Harvard researchers so will be very keen to see the results whenever they come out.
So it looks like this is the relative risk reduction if you eat 800g of vegs/fruits a day? I am personally not buying these systemic reviews and the associations they yield. I would have liked to see a lot bigger RR numbers to make any judgement. I am not advocating against vegs/fruits btw as I...
Anecdotally, for the last 4-5 months I have been doing a 90% carnivore diet with limited veggies(avocado, olives, tomatoes) and have had no issues so far.
Fascinating podcast, thanks for sharing!
Maybe I understood this wrong but it seemed to be implied that taking both NMN and resveratrol would be more beneficial? Also Metformin was indicated as an activator. A cursory search online suggests all these supplements described above are on the...
