See how people only talk about E2 but never total T in relation to it? Yes, your E2 at 40 is low. Low in comparison to your total T. Which means your hormones are not in proper ratio. Stop the AI and see where your body settles. As I mentioned before I run my e2 in the range of 75-100. Why...
For anti aging, and a ton of other benefits. And it works. The NAC-Melatonin-Vitamin C combo is the best thing to take on an empty stomach before bed. (Melatonin is not for sleep in my case as it does nothing to make me fall asleep)
I would never touch AIs or HCG. I experienced low estrogen, never again.
I take lots of supplements
Vitamin d3 - 13,000 IU a day
Vit k2 - 200 mcg
Astathaxin - 12 mg
Magnesium - 800 mg a day
Dim - 400 mg
CDG - 3000 mg
Omegas - 4000 mg
Melatonin - 50 mg
NAC - 1-2000 mg
Vitamin C - 1000 mg...
You need to give your body time to adjust. I’ve had estrogen even as high as 75-100. As long as your testosterone is higher there are no issues. The higher the estrogen, the higher the libido for me. Forget about lab ranges. They are not for guys on trt.
Mtor signaling. High protein diets shorten life span. DIM has a role in neutralizing protein effect on mtor. There’s a few studies online to google. They explain it better.
Your body odour is due to testosterone not estrogen. Leave estrogen alone. But still take dim. Won’t affect your estrogen in blood work, but it keeps the prostate healthy and it does work on some bad estrogens. Also people who have a very high protein diet should take dim.
Hard to say. I know blood tests are not impacted by it. Testosterone and estrogen numbers are the same with or without these 2. Hopefully it’s doing good things in the background. No negative effect on muscle growth or strength (inhibiting).
HCT will be the least of your worries with this ill advised protocol. You’ll be hypogonadal in a few weeks. Red blood cells have a life span of 4 months. You need to understand, once on trt your body sets new normals. Hct will be higher but your body compensates for this, because testosterone...
Your last part makes no sense. Your e2 levels would and should never be like a natty. Is your test high? Then obv your e2 should be equally high. Estrogen lab ranges are only for guys NOT on trt.
It’s probably your lifestyle and diet to blame. No one needs an AI. I’ve lost 40 lbs of fat with an e2 ranging from 70-100. Never took an AI, never had 1 drop of water retention. Injecting 180 mg a week EOD.
My reply was for OP not you. Yeah I was a bit harsh on the guy. But accounts less than 1 month old come on here and post these extreme things like this. Pure misinformation telling people to stop taking D3. I don’t even have to post a counter argument for why we should take D3.
Same people who tell you to stop taking d3 are the sane people who tell you melatonin is “bad”. Do your own research people. If new accounts starts spewing weird anti supplement propaganda, question their motives.
Stupidest post I’ve ever read. If you don’t want to take D3 or don’t feel good on it, that’s you. I hope no one listens to this bullshit. Sounds like a main stream media shill pushing this. Take your D3 people.
First of all, do not take iron and vitamin c at the same time. It turns vitamin c into a pro oxidant. I’m not sure your 25 ferritin is of any concern. Most lab ranges consider 20 as the lower end. My ferritin before trt was like 125. For the last 4 years my ferritin fluctuates between 20-25. I...
Stress for sure. And changing test. Any change in dosage, frequency and type, will throw you out of balance. What’s the concentration difference between the bottles? Stick to one type and do exactly the same thing for at least 6 weeks. Recently I added just an extra 20 mg to one injection (eod)...
It’s not always estrogen. There’s gotta be something you’re forgetting to tell us. I had estrogen as high as 100 with no such issues. Not even a drop of water retention. But changing test dosages even slightly can screw things up for weeks.
The question is how long would one last with low T and how would the quality of life be? What most people don’t know is that even though test “thickens” blood, it also dilates your blood vessels by increasing NO production. So it self protects and negates any viscosity changes. Otherwise my...
