At that rate my levels would be non existent so I guess I definitely need a higher dose Vince. I’ve heard that from very good doctors too! I’m probably going to see if they will add 2 more grains of armour in the afternoon in addition to my morning dose of 4 grains.
Hey guys no doubt NAC is great for some stuff. I’ve taken it for a number of years now. However any of you worried about the studies where it and other antioxidants may increase cancer?
Has anyone tried Tudca instead of NAC for liver health? Due to lots of lifting my liver enzymes are always high end of normal. Only supplements are vitamin d, multi vitamin, magnesium gylcerate, and my trt. Hearing tudca is a little better then nac but nac seems much easier to find.
So im always looking at information. I’ve always followed a high protein (chicken, salmon, eggs, deer meat) diet with some potatoes and veggies thrown in but mostly meat. Physically I look great super strong. However I’ve noticed the longest lived people on earth all eat mostly carbs with...
I don’t think it’s the cause of low t. I think most guys today are low t. Just seems like those that lift seem most affected by the symptoms of the low t. So I wonder is it really just the lifting causing a lot of the issues not just the low t.
It’s crazy but training intensely is the only way I can train. I’ll try cutting back the days from three to two. I’m just really wondering based on more and more people if a lot of the low t issues we face are partly from lifting.
I started this thread hear over a year ago. Im becoming more convinced then ever too much lifting intensely is bad. I was forced to take three weeks off in March due to some life obstacles. Hated not working out but honestly the first week back in the gym felt great. Strength was even up which...
Anyone concerned about taking fish oil and getting prostate cancer. Came across a few studies that show high omega 3 levels are linked to prostate cancer.
I'm tired of dealing with the inconsistencies and shortage of armour. Thinking that switching to straight synthetic t4 and t3 will be easier long term.
I'm feeling great my free t is over the range depending on when I test it in comparison to when I dose it. As I said earlier it's the headache of ordering it that's becoming a pain. I know a few others have switched to just synthroid t4 and cytomel t3 due to these issues. I just wasn't sure if...
Im on 240 mg armour thyroid now. Was considering switching to cytomel. Would 35-40mg cytomel daily be a good dose? Or should I add t4 too? Or just go with my like 50 mg cytomel to make up for the t4 I was getting in the armour? Just wondering what you guys like best? Armour works for me but it's...
Can any people here can say they didn't start having low t symptoms until after they started doing weight training. Just food for thought but seems I'm meeting more and more people in the gym with low t symptoms. Almost seems like weight lifting brings out the symptoms. I'm not saying it lowers...
Vince and others what do you think of this meat and egg only diet? I know it's becoming kind of popular. I know I could definitely do it as I don't think I'd miss vegetables at all!!! I would miss my morning steel oats and my post workout rice but aside from vegetables rice and oats I'm already...
As more and more people are lifting more and more people are having issues. I think steady state cardio a few times a week is great. And maybe push ups, dips, pulls up, and body weight squats twice a week max might be ok but I fear many are doing more harm then good anymore. One fact is we need...
Kaes you still do light cardio right? I'm running into more and more people who weight train who have libido issues and feel shitty. Just is an interesting topic. Also the series on tom Brady this week is interesting his trainer has him stretch and do no weights and swears it's the secret to his...
Over at the peak testosterone forum a guy started a post called stopped working out. It really peaked my interest. The guy states how he he stopped exercising and finally is feeling better and in all aspects. Others chimed in and said the same too. Just has me wondering if the low t symptoms in...
Will it seems like from my reading there is a fair amount of benefits to fasting. Reduces inflammation, brain benefits, immune system, lowering a1c etc... I'm following that weight loss isn't a huge benefit but I'm confused how you feel there isn't much benefits. Not arguing ur the expert just...
https://www.marksdailyapple.com/dietary-fiber-is-bad-for-sex-thats-the-only-claim-about-it-that-isnt-a-myth/
Just read an article how fiber needs are manly a myth and that we don't need nearly as much as we are lead to believe. Some of it made sense other parts were so so. Feedback on you guys...
