Thanks a lot for the advice. My total test level is around 1400 to 1700 ng/dl. I have not checked my free test and shbg till date. My HCT used to be good around 47 to 48 with same dosage. It has increased to 50 when I started on high protein diet. Consuming 350g of chicken daily.

Being on TRT is far better than being on psychiatric drugs. But ..most of best psychiatrist dont have Knowledge of TRT and don’t believe in it.

TRT can relieve anxiety and depression , as it did to me. I had severe anxiety which was even effecting my routine simple things. Now I have NIL anixiety .... I never feel anixious even in tough situations now. It took 3-4months to see less aniexty and completely NIL anxiety after 9-10months...

I take 10mg tamoxifen as a preventive measure for gyno. I have noticed hair loss and hair thinning. Is it due to tamoxifen or trt.....?
