hello all! i have a microadenoma. i haven’t checked my test, but i have a bunch of labs with low test already. also with low fsh, lh, free t3 and t3 uptake (if i remember correctly this was also low when i read it), low igf-1, low estradiol, BUT high cortisol in 24 hour urine. like the high in...
this happens to me and especially the days after lifting. well yesterday for me was leg day. after that i felt great, but today i woke up feeling horrible :/ i did took a break from lifting tho and came back feeling the same
i get you. it’s weird that even with trt you don’t feel the benefits since thats was the thing that got wrecked when you dieted down? im actually scare man. right now im young (27) have dropped college, feel fucked, low test in the 100’s and don’t know what to do. i started prozac this week...
wow thanks for sharing. i have a doubt. i quit lifting for a month and one or two weeks to see if i feel better, but tbh i felt more depressed. my sleep got worst and i even lost like 8-9 pounds. so i decided to go back to training this week, but guess what? now my head hurts, i feel low...
uhm well i scored wayyy to low in igf-1. could this mean i was over training? thing is, i lift 3 days a week and sometimes one day of cardio. thanks for replying!

Anyone with already low T tried to stop weightlifting for a while and re test to check if T went up?
people say “lifting weights increases T”, but the majority of the people i see (if i remember correctly) with already low T are weightlifters.
i wonder if lifting weights could actually be...
hello. tsh 3rd generation is 1.7 range 0.40- 4.50
currently i don’t have free t3 or t4 for after clomid results.
i never heard of a doc checking reverse t3 or t4 or atleast they never checked mine.
im actually wondering if i should do ssri or trt. just because i feel almost the same or even...
well the endo only saw free t3 since i haven’t show her clomid results with t3 and she said that free t3 will go up when i increase my test. thanks for replying!
Endo haven’t seen my T3 yet. she saw the free t3 only but said it’s ok because its related to low t and when i fix that, then the free t3 will go up. thanks for replying!
before clomid it was in the 50's and after clomid it was in the 80's if i remember correctly.
so do you actually think test is not the cause of my symptoms?
test went from

i heard they don’t know much because they still use the old stuff in college? i also heard of trt once monthly da fuck? my endo prescribed once bi weekly and i don’t like to go against docs and tell them to do atleast once.
thing is, most doctors always refer you to a psyquiatrist or something else for mental health and stop focusing on hormones. atleast what i heard and have experience this also.
do you guys think trying out ssri before trt is worth it? treating depression and anxiety to see if my levels go up? i know low t could cause depression, but depression could also cause low t or worsen it?
for years i was a bit depressed and while time passed i started to feel more depressed until i hit my early 20’s and started to felt low energy, decline in libido, less motivation, more depressed, more brain fog and other depression and low t symptoms. could depression actually made my t go low...
