In general peptides can't be adsorbed orally. Injection is the only way to go.

Isn't the purpose of the troche sublingual adsorption? No reason to pay the extra if you're swallowing it like a pill.

According to these labs the T levels are supraphysiologic, nearly 2x the given range for Total T and 1.4x for Free T. Are the ranges correct? How much testosterone are you taking, and in what form.

It will happen quickly but may be capacity limited. Do you know why your T3 was low in the first place? This could one of the causes. If you do this, taper slowly as was suggested above.
