No need to mix fish oil with flax oil IMO, the cod liver oil should give you the Omega 3 and 6's you need.
My only other addition would be creatine, preferably the CEE variety.
From my understanding, this isn’t a common side effect. Actually, the opposite (fatigue) is common. It might be a wise choice to see your medical doctor.
