Back to report...best decision I've made on TRT (switching to a cream focused clinic). After 2 years of struggle with TRT injections or cream/injections on different protocols, this is so easy. Apply in the morning and I'm done. Not worrying about low shbg, E2 etc... I committed to the...
I tried the cream and injection protocol after 2 years struggling with injections only at a variety of doses and timing. Finally took the plunge and switched to a clinic that focused on creams. Before, conversations were more about how low SHBG impacted the benefits and trying to manage E2...
Alright...after much deliberation, I've decided to follow Bbex to the scrotal cream only approach with a different clinic. I really hope, after all these struggles, I can report back great success in a few months.
Let's remain open to debate and willing to hear other viewpoints...that is how we've advanced to this point in TRT, in the first place. If we shut down or target alternative opinions, we'd all receive 1 shot every 2 weeks. It wasn't that long ago that everyone was advocating for an AI...
Are you still on here? Wondering how you are doing with the cream...lots of cream haters on this site, but I am thinking about switching as the injections have not helped.
Looking through your older posts, it looks like you had lower end SHBG, like myself.
Thanks for the update. I've tried lower dosed gel in the past, but I had a mid afternoon crash. Not sure if it's my low SHBG. I am assuming the higher doses will keep that from happening. I am not sure if I...
Thanks for the update...I think I will go for it with Dr. Nichols. For some reason, I just haven't responded well to the injections and I don't have the patients to wait 2 months after every dose change. 3 years and I feel the same with low and high T, low and high Free t, low and lower...
Had a similar TRT route as yours. Strongly considering switching to Dr. Nichol's approaches and clinic, after 3 years with another clinic. Like so many that have found success, you might not check in with Excel, but just in case...looking for an update before I make my final decision.
My wife used the scream cream without t. Her gp prescribed it, but didn't hear what she said. Her issue, post menopausal, is the desire now...not the act. So, she wasn't happy with the results because that 'area' worked just fine. She laughed at me because when I heard what her doc prescribed...
I've spent some time researching this vs PMMA. Huge cost difference, but this is reversible. Then I watched the video of how the Atlanta doc flips the penis inside out as part of the procedure...like you, married many years, thinking why not...let's see how momma likes it...
"within an hour my penis turtle's up" This is while the testosterone is rising towards the creams peak. Definitely not while the T is falling. Just found it strange and it supports what others have noticed on other threads. No one had an answer though...I think this is very strange. Possibly...
I just posted this as a new post when I, later, stumbled upon this thread. I've noticed that within 20 minutes or so of applying Tcream, my penis turtles up. I initially thought high T, but the cream should add an influx of T over E, at least, during the first few hours, so I am not sure what...
I've definitely noticed a pattern after applying T cream, within an hour my penis turtle's up. Definitely a cause and effect relationship as I've tracked this for several weeks now. Any thoughts on the cause or reasoning?
I'm on my second vial of BPC and the only benefit so far is my wallet is lighter :) I was really hoping it would help with my tennis elbow, clicky shoulder, or arthritic back...but no luck so far.
We are all different...for me...High doses of T lead to sleep issues, rapid beat, anxiety and panic attacks (switched to dailes- not perfect but much better) ...also high estrogen levels cause anxiety for me (low dose .05 daily ai) ...it's a delicate balancing act :( If you find a...
