I would start somewhere <= 120mg. In your labs, your e2 was still a bit on the higher end. Your test levels themselves were also out of range (albeit not way off). You should leave AI out of the picture and titrate down from 120mg till you feel no heart palpitations, normal resting heart rate...

Update: New regimen: 100mg test cyp every 3 days 0.5mg estrogen valerate every 12 hours (sublingual) I use a pill cutter 125mg test dosage once per week was leaving me with worse symptoms by end of week.

It’s been a little better. It still fluctuates but it’s a little stronger. I’ve only been on the estrogen for a week now. Expecting more improvements with time.

It’s a little early to tell, but I’m now doing much better. 1mg oral valerate dissolved sublingually under the tongue per day and 125mg test cyp once per week. My bones and joints aren’t aching anymore and I’m waking up with strong morning wood and experiencing sensation again.

Do you think a small dose of valerate once a week would shut down natural production of testosterone in someone who’s not on trt? Edit: specifically somewhere around .33mg per week? I can only find 1 mg valerate and can cut that into 3rds.

Would you recommend taking test injections to boost estradiol over taking oral valerate? I’ve been seeing some studies of estradiol injections boosting dopamine receptor density in striata of male rats. Not exactly transient data to go off of.

What were your bloods on 170mg cyp per week? To me, that is a lot of test per week. There’s a user in here who just found his sweet spot doing 52mg once every 7 days. Not saying this is going to be the case for you but Sometimes less is more.

That’s what I’m trying. I’m at 18 pg and 400 total test. Just finished an Enclomiphene pct at 25 mg per day to try and increase my test levels. Will test bloods in 6 weeks. If no change, I will try hcg followed by regular Clomid for 4 weeks. And if that doesn’t work, I will probably try trt.

So I just had bloodwork done and these are my results a year after dropping everything. edit: wtf is going on edit2: surprised I don't have mad acne from those DHT levels lol

I’ve gone ahead and gotten the valerate and will give it a shot. It’s .625 mg. I think I’ll break that in half and go once per week to start? This is a first for me.
