I have a C5-C6 disc herniation. Ice is the best thing ever. I use a flexible ice wrap three times a day (20 minutes each). It takes away the inflammation that is around the nerve.

Vitamin B complex injections

Since you are injecting lidocaine, be sure to list it or mention it if you ever have to do a drug test for employment, etc. I would be nervous that it could show up on a drug screen and you will be screwed if you don't mention it.

Subcutaneous Administration of Testosterone

dunemedic - I would consider replying to the doctor with an apologetic tone and say that there must be some misunderstanding. Say that you are very happy with him as a doctor & really respect his advice, blah, blah blah. It sounds like you don't have a ton of alternatives to him unfortunately.

Thanks for the advice. The clinic did mention about donating blood as a possibility. I go back in 4 weeks for more blood work, they are monitoring RBC, etc. What do you mean when you say "100-120 mgs test each week split". Do you mean a toal of 100 - 120 mgs of test per week split over two...
