you would think so but that is not the case. If i took just 1 x 125mcg iodine tablet tomorrow within 24 hours my shoulders would be breaking out in acne. I don't add iodized salt to anything either.

And this is why I decided to post here as I read and was told that iodine drives out toxins. So i kept taking my 125mcg iodine a day thinking it was toxins coming out of my shoulders but it was in fact excess iodine.

i was taking 125mcg daily most days abe and that was enough to make my shoulders break out in crazy amounts of acne. It's healed up now that I stopped taking all iodine but I may have a few small scars from all the acne in the future, have to wait and see.

Cheers guys, I am currently doing 400-500iu 2x a week but just wondered about that 1 week on 3 weeks off. I also seem to have trouble losing weight without the hcg and easily gain weight whereas when I take HCG the weight starts to fall off. Have you guys noticed this at all?

I am also in thailand and basically doing it on my own. I get full labs done in vietnam every 3 months to get virtually everything tested from thyroid, hormones, liver etc etc is about $100usd. I see no problem as long as you are vigilant and make sure your estrogen does not get out of control.

I found at 250IU 2x a week my upper back was breaking out in tons of pimples but at 500IU a week it is clearing up and going away and I feel much much better. Maybe the higher does increases your progesterone levels more? did you ever get your DHEA and Progesterone checked on HCG?
