Peak vs Trough Levels?
I am. At most 10% variation over a week. I inject 120 and get in the 800's midweek. I trim a bit of the E2 conversion by taking a tiny amount of AI 24 hours after injection. Have not felt the need for more frequent injections. But I suppose people process T differently as they do E2.- crazydiamond

Peak vs Trough Levels?
For me - I see about less than 10% reduction from mid cycle to end cycle. However I will admit I have only tested maybe twice at end cycle. I almost always test at mid cycle but have tested closer to peak as well. I also understand natural full generators of T (guys who dont need TRT) to have...- crazydiamond

That one test should have said Xestradiol it was the extra sensitive. I have a similar chart/history of E2 tests but many of them are not the sensitive ones.
