Best testosterone injection site, no aspiration needed, avoids all nerves

Seems injecting into the VG while sitting down was not a problem at all. One of the areas I've experienced the least PIP so far.

Best testosterone injection site, no aspiration needed, avoids all nerves

Would it be okay to do the VG injection sitting down in a chair? I find it a lot easier to locate the muscle, while it also seems to be more relaxed.

    hCG alternatives?

Hello! I'm a Norwegian male, suffering from hypogonadism. Unfortunately, the only hCG option available here is a pre-filled pen, brand named "Ovitrelle". This contains 250 micrograms, which equals to just about 6500 IU's. This is obviously far too much for TRT use, and I've been discouraged by...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

It seems the only available hCG in Norway is a product called "Ovitrelle". This comes in a pre-filled "pen" with 250μg. I've figured this should be about 6500 IU's of hCG, atleast according to the manufacturer and the Norwegian government. This is obviously a WAY to big dose, as I'm aiming for...

Couldn't agree more. Just to make sure I understand: Do you consider my SHBG low, hence the twice weekly recommendation? I've read elsewhere that people with high SHBG should do bigger doses with greater intervals. Thanks a lot for your replies!

And how can I convince my MD to listen to experiences I've found on the internet, without any medical education? Seems this might be tough. Unfortunately, the TRT in Norway is still in the stone age.

Could you please explain what you mean with "given your SHBG levels"?

I'm awaiting the results of a heavy metal test (urine). If this too yields no indication as to the caues of my problems, I'm probably gona ask my doctor to start a conventional TRT. The standard protocols prescribed in Norway are: - Gel (1-2 doses per day) - Nebido (1000mg shot every 12 weeks) -...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

    Finished up another set of tests. This included blood work and a 24 hour urine analysis. Results are as follows: Urine: Iodine: 3.0 (>0.8) [μmol/l] Sodium: 75 (15-200) [mmol/l] Potassium: 38 (10-150) [mmol/l} Calsium: 3.4 (0.5-5.5) [mmol/l] Magnesium: 3.8 (1.7-5) [mmol/l] Serum...

    My thyroid panel is as follows: TSH 1.6 (0.2-4.0) [mU/L] Free T4 16.9 (11.0-23.0) [pmol/L] Free T3 4.3 (3.5-6.5) [pmol/L] Reverse T3 0.31 (0.14-0.54) [nmol/L] Anti-TPO 42 (<100) [kU/L] Does this mean I'm not hypothyroid, despite my low temperatures (still constant at about 96.8 F in the...

So I've got another update: I visited a specialist on thyroid. He couldn't give me a diagnosis based on the tests I've done so far. He did, however, think my symptoms might be the result of sub-optimal energy production in the mitochondria. We've done a few more tests, including a 24 urin test...

Thanks for the input, MarkM! I just visited my doctor, and we will do some blood work tomorrow to check out the rT3 and the Anti-bodies. As a side note, which adds to the hypothyroid hypothesis: I've been checking my temperature x3/day for the last 2,5 days. They were as follows (averages)...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

Update: Been on Clomid 25mg EOD for about 1,5 weeks, in addition to the first 5 days of 50mg ED. I believe my morning wood frequency might have improved a tiny bit, although it's hard to say for sure. Except from that, I'm still feeling like shit, libido is dead, and energy is very low. I did...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

Thanks for the advice. I finished the "loading" of 50mg as I wrote the post, so already done with that. To be honest, I havent noticed much differance at all, except from a rare surprise boner and morning erection the day after the first dose. This has not appeared since. The fatigue, brain fog...

Thanks for your reply. I've been through most of this information after hours upon hours of research on TRT. I've been unable to find any reliable data on the use of Clomid in males under 30 years of age, except from the occasional anecdote, which is the reason for my question.

Update: My MD put me on Clomid, as Im still only 25 yo. 50mg ED for the first 5 days, followed by 25mg 2-3 times per week. Any thoughts? Which protocol should I begin with; 2 or 3 times per wk?

Can I split the dose of nebido?

Did you decide to split the dose? How do you do this in practice? Norwegian here, also considering Nebido.

Hello from Germany - Switching From Nebido to Enanthate

Did you sort this one out? What's your current state of affairs? I'm in a very similar situation to what you were before starting TRT, trying to figure out where to begin.

Are you yourself on TRT? As a poor student to begin with, I wouldn't bother spending a large chunk of my money on doctors to get this solved if I didn't considder it a major problem. Nor would I bother posting my case in this forum.

Thanks again for your insight. I'm hoping to get the MRI done next week, and I'm inclined to try TRT in the form of a gel if nothing abnormal shows up. I've been reading about hCG and Clomid in combination with TRT for maintaining fertility, as I would like to have kids within the next 5-8...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

So I decided to go to a private endocrinologist to get this sorted out. This led to yet another blood test, which gave the following results: He was a bit clueless as to the cause of my low T, and the low LH especially. He ruled out the possibility of it being a adenoma on the pituitary...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

These are the units used in Norway. I think this would be the ones in use in USA: - Total-T: 430 ng/dL - Free-T: 7.62 ng/dL (1.77%) - Bioavailable-T: 179 ng/dL (41.5%) Still very confused as to how I should interpret the results though. Any suggestions?

    Very low T in mid-twenties

Ok so I did another blood test, of which the results makes me very confused. I still suffer from the same symptoms as I did before, yet they are admittedly a tiny bit less severe than they were earlier this spring. Any tips or opinions as to what my best route of action should be? I'm not sure...

Thanks for your reply! Very interesting article. I do recognize a few of the bullet points, yet I'm no where near as extreme on any of them. Can't really see how my T-levels have been affected to such a degree without those drastic measures. I will nonetheless put some effort into attempting a...

Never done anabolics, nor anything remotely close to it. The toughest medicine I've been on were antibiotics. I've never suffered any trauma to either the head or the testies, as far as I'm aware. I'm currently sitting at a BMI of 25.6 (180cm, 83.5kg), with a above average muscle mass due to 7...

    Very low T in mid-twenties

I've edited the post with clearer images. Think they should be readable now. The tests posted are all the blood work I've done in my adult life, so I have no numbers beyond this. My doctor has set me on a waiting list so that I "might get an appointment" with an endocrinologist, yet she didn't...

As for the units, they were not given. From my own research, the only thing which made sense regarding the T-values were nmol/L, as stated in my original post. Not so sure about the free-T.
