Me, personally, an AI always made me feel better. .125 twice a week is a good dose. I pretty much take .25 with each injection. It works for me. I also take Cialis 3 times a week (5 mg) I have been off Test for 10 days now... Been running HCG for 2 weeks, now, I stop it all tomorrow and wait...

TRT made me feel horrible.. HCG mono Therapy is so fantastic. Why wouldn't someone rather have their balls making the test? It's like day and night... How have you been doing on it? What is your dose as of recent?

Update: My DR. gave me the approval to continue with my TRT... Been off Testosterone for a week... Do not feel too much different, but did notice slightly weaker in the gym... I took a high dose of HCG while off for this week (2300 IU) of HCG... That stuff gets you horney...

But, most all men at a certain age have prostate cancer, so that observation is somewhat flawed, because old men with high testosterone also get prostate cancer.

It's concerning how people truly belive TRT can not cause prostate cancer, yet, on TRT we need to check PSA, DREA, and MRI up your ass. Ugh. Man, having low T with no worries is starting sound better. I have been off for a week now.

I know, I wish they never did a free PSA, just Total PSA... But one thing is for sure, my psa was fine before messing with TRT. That's a fact.

Do you take 5 mg of Cialis a day? I hear the generic Cialis from India is just a good and a lot cheaper. They use the same active ingredient. Cialis is ridiculous with their prices. Never heard of Doxazosin... I will Look it up. Is it expensive like Cialis?

Yes, I am going to take every day, but the damn price is crazy, but I found a reputable place on line (recommended by a member on here) and the price is fantastic. Can you do 10 mgs a day of Cialis? Just doing 5 mgs three times a week shot my erections and libido through the roof.

My first week with new protocol -- 50 mgs (Mon/Wed/Fri) along with .25 of Arimidex on each injection day with 5 mg of Cialis on each injection day... Wow... Morning erection is insane. Will test blood in 8 weeks and see but so far wow.

Oh that is good to know... I am pretty much having to tell my doctor what to put me on and what labs to order. Would high E2 raise SHBG? Hopefully it is one of the benifts of TRT... I have noticed my blood pressure as been superb since being on TRT.

Is 20 a low SHBG? Before starting TRT and doing research, I found men with high SHBG were in tears because all there t was being bound by SHBG while men with low actual total T were fine because that had more unbound (bioavialble t) this is pre TRT

I too am on 3 times a week as my SHBG is 20... What is your dose?

It seems that off TRT low SHBG is ideal, but on TRT high SHBG is easier to manage... But low SHBG dialed in, offers the best results.
