Sorry this made me chuckle. Not a mean chuckle though because I used to freak out over everything haha, and it's good to see I'm not alone. Listen to these guys, the vets have great advice. I avoid quads as much as possible because I just don't like pinning there. Ventroglute is my favorite.
My hemoglobin and hematocrit and rbc did what seems similar to all the others. Increased, I donated 5 or 6 times. Now it stays pretty normal without donations.
