The only thing with Clomid is the vision side effects. I experienced them before and they actually never resolved. Does enclomiphene not have those sides? I didn’t think enclomiphene was authorized for prescription in the US.

I want to run HCG in order to improve my fertility numbers. I’ve got 3 10,000iu bottles of HCG that my doctor prescribed for me, but I’m concerned that taking this will suppress my own testosterone production…leaving me low T or a need for a “PCT” once I stop the HCG injections. Am I off base...

For the total T measure it just says “IA.” And for Free T it states “ The concentration of free testosterone is derived from a mathematical model using total testosterone by LCMSMS, sex hormone binding globulin and albumin.” But even still…how does this all related to smaller testicles and...

I posted my Free T as well. It’s 53.1. Also, I do have high SHBG. I did not get it measured on this most recent test, but on all my historic tests it has been between 54-65.

And sorry…just saw the typo. Total T is 584, not 684. It won’t let me edit the first post to change it. All other numbers and ranges correct and posted.

Very very inciteful! My LH and FSH levels are totally normal now that I’m off TRT…but perhaps my DHT levels are low. However, this low semen volume was occurring even while I was still on TRT. If I was on TRT, wouldn’t my DHT have been higher too?

I've taken Pygeum. I've also tried the whole "holy grail" supplement stack. Did not work at all. No difference.

Hey man. Did you ever recover your semen volume to normal levels? It has been 11 months since I stopped all TRT, and I’m still just barely dribbling. In my latest semen analysis I only produced .9 mL.

Why is IM not practical for 20 years or even 40+ years of injections? Injecting every other day, rotating between delts and thighs, shouldn’t be any cause for concern should it? Especially using 30 gauge needles.

Taking Boron 3mg a day, Maca, CoQ10, magnesium citrate, fish oil, vitamin D 5000iu, and just a multivitamin gummy. I also take Nexium daily, but that’s it as far as pharmaceuticals. I recovered my levels using Torem at 30mg a day, but I only took that for 30 days after stopping my injections...

I'm not sure...the lab knows I am a male. I don't know why they'd list the range for women instead of men. Is 62.5 for men super low?

Wow! Your free t is MUCH higher than mine. My lab gave me the result in pg/mL, but when I convert to ng/dL mine is only 6.25 and yours is 33! Why would my lab show my free T result as “normal?”

Wouldn’t the Free T lab result be correct though? I didn’t have SHBG measured this time. But when I normally have it done, it’s between 45-55. Been as high as 60 before.

Did you have these same kind of symptoms when you had low e2 also? Did TRT bring you back and make you feel better?

Oh...well shit. It says on the lab that the range is 35 - 155 pg/mL. It showed me as "normal." Do I not use that range? Is my free T really that low? That's awful if so.
