My diet isn't the hard part. I count macros and know how to cycle strength and cutting. I'm also not a bodybuilder. I train for performance and health.
It's becoming more of a struggle to keep muscle and strength gains when I lean out. I'm generally 12-13% BF and when I drop to single digits I lose a lot of muscle. I'd like to lean out and maintain strength.
