Makes sense! Honestly, with stuff like this I think the difficulty for most people isn't as much cost as it is adherence. From that perspective, a simpler protocol is just easier to stick to consistently.

SMH That is just so convenient! :rolleyes: Only in an industry where the customer has zero visibility into pricing and holds no power of choice can a company get away with shit like that on a consistent basis. It makes me so angry! :mad: I assume those are available and published somewhere?
