So I had posted a thread as I was having trouble also.
When I first started ndt I felt great for a shirt bit and then it dropped off. Over many months I couldn't get the right dose.
As stated earlier, I did a ton of reading and happen to realize that the way my lab numbers were reading and from...
Yes my E2 kept going up and when it hit into the mid 60's I was put on anastrozole. It came down very low somewhere between 8 - 16 I think. Ill look it up if its relevant. I then laid off it a couple weeks and went back on smaller dose but it still rose to 103 and thats when I was switched to...
Thanks for the feedback Orrin, but im not sure you're following or maybe im confusing things. Here goes:
My protocol HAS BEEN injections plus cream for 9 months.
I tested monday morning BEFORE I took anything. No injection no cream no thyroid.....nothing except water as I always do.
I did not...
Everything else was the same as it always had been. All,I did was increase the test dose.
No. Medical recommendations were small changes that were getting me nowhere. After Over A Year Of That I Decided To See if increasing the dose Had Any effect. Btw, 500 mg is not a lot. It's halfway between...
Thanks.
What's your opinion with the hcg? I stopped taking it a week ago to see if I can lower my E2 as quickly as possible.
I'll reintroduce at some point.
Yes both. It was to increase dht which it did. Before I did the short blast my total T was always fine at around 1000.
I dont have in front of me but it think it was 50mg/ml.
Thanks Chris.
No there were no compounds other than what I listed.
Thyroid - I'm thinking I should incorporate the np thyroid back in and do labs in a few weeks to see if my ratio improves.
If I remember correctly you said the same thing months ago on a previous lab, so if that was the case and...
Yes I've already lowered my T down to my trt dose. I forgot to mention that since hcg contributes to increasing E2 I temporarily suspended that and I cut back on the cream.
Thanks ratbag, helpful as usual.
Looking forward to Chris' point of view as well.
Alright.....it definitely is priority number one. I just wonder if there is more than that holding me back at the same time, something thyroid related.
Thx
Ok, so I'm on aromasin, I forget the dose but I'll look tomorrow and it's 2x a week. Been 2 weeks or so and I don't feel any difference and I thought it was supposed to start working quickly. Maybe it's because I was so high it might take a few weeks. I don't know but that's what I'm theorizing...
Thank you very much for commenting guys.
I'll try to fill in the blanks:
Diabetes - I have been diabetic for approx 14 years. 2.5 years ago I fired most of my doctors and took control of my own health. My endo had me on 4 shots of insulin daily plus metformin. My A1C was 13. Today my A1C...
So this is why I was looking to post in a dedicated thyroid forum.
Posted these labs 5 days ago with zero response.
Maybe I'll start a new thread to see if that helps.
Systemlord,
I'd appreciate feedback. I have almost exactly the same symptoms, yet my shbg is 24. Would you say I fall into this category and should do the same as you recommended?
Sort to hijack, but this is so much the same I wanted to keep it here.
I've been diabetic 15 years. I also have dawn phenomenon.
In got my a1c from a 13 to a 6.6 after I fired my endo, came off all insulin and adjusted diet and exercise.
My morning reading is consistently 140 - 150.
I am currently investigating the correlation of cortisol and high morning...
Ok here are my latest labs.
When these were drawn my thyroid protocol was 2 grains of np thyroid daily. Ive been on np thyroid for approx 8 months at different dosages. The first few weeks I felt great but for the last 7 months i havent.
So after these labs we changed my protocol to stop the np...
VC,
EM has a lot of info and a bunch of helpful guys such as you, and that is appreciated.
I'm just trying to get better, it's been way too long, so I don't mean for things to be interpreted the wrong way.
Yes Chris has helped also, but in general I think it's what tests to get and things like...
Hey guys,
So can anyone recommend a good thyroid forum where they know what they're talking about and where I can actually post labs?
Stop the thyroid madness looks like it's only a reading site, no forum?
This has been going on too long and cant get any better after several protocols and 2...
