I'm gonna say 3.
Definitely brought some testicle size back when increased dose of HCG.
The other improvement may be placebo, but I just seem to feel better overall mentally as well.

I am with Defy Medical, & Dr. Justin Saya since January 2018.
About the time my natural test shut down, I did have a few doubts. But within about a week and a half everything improved.
Completely life changing for me!
It is absolutely a possibility. I started at 70 mg T-Cyp. every 3.5 days. 6 weeks later was having some mild e symptoms, water retention, e.d. etc. Doc added 1/8 mg anastrozole every 3.5 days. 4 Months later my total test was 783 and sensitive e 11.8.
Upped T-Cyp to 76 mg every 3.5 days and...
half cc of Phenylpherine
I should have bolded this line.

I think most of the scarring talk comes from back when a lot of the guys used long 21-23 gauge harpoons. I can imagine numerous IM injections with those causing some damage to the muscle. I use a 27g 1/2" and look forward to my shots. My sub q HCG shots actually hurt worse, and they are done...

If you lose an inch of fat but gain an inch of muscle, your measurements will still be the same. Fat is distributed all over your body, not just the gut.
Yeah I know I could order labs, and press the issue on a mini consult and I still may. Just relaying what I thought was a strange email exchange, and hoping to get feedback on whether anyone else had the 3 month wait for labs.
When they said it would be six weeks, I told her I'd like to get one done at 6. She said no, since you typically don't get get steady state serum levels at 11-12 weeks, your body is still trying to metabolize the new protocol.
Thanks Vince,
That makes me feel better. In my first post after starting my protocol I stated the placebo effect was probably at least partly responsible for how great I felt.
I see where your'e coming from. I'm hoping to get dialed in and on a more stretched out schedule.
I already feel a bit better in most ways. Not optimal but definitely better than before.
If I could get that first week to week and a half feeling all the time that would be super.
Thanks for the reply FL.
I'd rather pay for the labs/consult at 6 weeks. Especially since its my first protocol. I'd like to know where I'm at. The first week, week and a half when I wasn't shut down was great. Not bad now but libido is down and pde5 inhibitors aren't working as well.
One of...
Any of you guys that use Defy have a 3 month wait for 1st follow up? I thought it was 6 weeks.
I emailed them just to get a heads up on how the follow up would unfold, since I thought it would be in a week or so, but was informed it was set for 3 months after starting the protocol.
I'm not...
I should have updated you all sooner, but here it is.
My extra labs Dr. Saya asked me to get done.
I had my consult on 12/26/2017.
Based on my free t levels, and the fact that my symptoms got substantially better when my T levels increased, I have been approved for TRT.
My protocol is 64 mg...
Thanks everyone,
I am really looking forward to finally having a real expert (Dr. Saya) on my team that can work out these issues. I waited far too long with Dr.'s who only looked at the numbers and said you're okay, regardless of my symptoms. Never even checked my Testosterone til I demanded...
Dr. Saya has requested I get another round of testing before our consult on 12/26
I will update then.
Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct, S
Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum
Prolactin
Hemoglobin A1c
Also have ordered everything for Gene's NO Stack, except for the Daxo which I am waiting to hear from my Doc...
Sound like you have made some great progress.
My wife and I work out in the gym 5 days a week, 3 days weights and 2 days cardio and abs.
I do take CoQ10 and omega 3 fish oil, but will have to check dosages as I just take whats on the bottle.
I also take D3 and E, Saw Palmetto, Zinc and...
So I did get rescheduled and the earliest available was Dec 26th. Seems like worth the wait to me. I'll be all right in the meantime. The biggest issue is the E.D. and usually Viagra makes that go much better. I'll probably ask about tri mix as well, as I hate the Viagra sides (headache and...
I was actually thinking about that last night and this morning. I have asked for this to be rescheduled with Dr. Saya, and hopefully I hear back from them before she calls.
Glucose has usually been up a bit. But Doc has been satisfied that my A1c has been 5.5 - 5.9 for all of 2017 and most of 2016. My labs are all taken early in the a.m. and fasted. But the last ones were a.m. not fasted.
A1C was getting close to 8 before I got back on the fitness kick.
I got off of the statins last year after losing 40 lbs through diet and exercise. All of my cholesterol numbers were great at that time, and Dr. agreed I could drop them.. I have fallen off the wagon a bit since May, and although I have gained 5 lbs, I'm still not too fat. I wear 32 waist pants...
Honestly I'm just learning about all of these things. I didnt even know what TSH was. I will certainly make sure we discuss the possibility of thyroid issues during my consult. I dont mind doing more blood work. Thanks for the info.
Well I just got my blood work back from LabCorp for my initial consult with Defy. Surprisingly it came back at 626, even though I still have symptoms, fatigue, low libido, mild ED.
My consultation is tomorrow. They already told me I probably wouldn't get TRT, because 525 is where they usually...
