Thanks for the updates! It is good to hear positive Clomid stories, as the negatives pile-up on forums, when studies and practitioners' experience show Clomid can have positive benefits.
This is an interesting review of his blood levels, but his testosterone is especially interesting. He is athletic and very muscular, yet his TT is 237 and FT 5.5. Not sure of the ranges, but they are low no matter. He posits that his androgen receptors are sensitive, so the low lab value is not...
I think it would work. In fact, I love the off-brand from ADC, and 5mg will last 12 hours for me, despite the half-life of 6 hours. I thought it was placebo until I found this study. It turns out that the affinity of Levitra is so strong that even with low plasma levels, it is still bound and...
Here are my results from Oct 1st on the same protocol. The only difference was I used a fresh bottle of HCG on the most recent test and an old one on this one. I am not sure if there is a correlation.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I will update after my consult next week.
Thank you.
As I noted I feel good. I cannot figure why my E2 shot up like that. On Oct 1, it was 26 on the same doses. The only difference was a fresh bottle of HCG was used for my current test, and an older 11000 ul bottle on the OCT 1 test. I will pos those results below.
My TSH was 1.67 on Oct 1st, with a Free T3 of 3.4 [2.0-4.5] so I do not think they will want to chase the thyroid rabbit down the hole just yet, but I could be wrong.
I worked out hard every morning before and on my blood draw day, so I will not do that next time. My PCP said not to worry, as you noted, this is common in guys who train hard.
It has been a year since I started TRT with Defy, and I feel great. My erectile function is great (fingers crossed) and I am leaner than I have been since my early 20s (40 now). My cholesterol and fasting glucose are back to pre-30s levels, also.
I have my one-year consult next week.
My E2...
I would not argue with that. I think once one starts TRT one should adjust to their optimal (broadly defined) level. if that takes 1200 for some, then good for them, but in my case a theraputic dose lands in the upper tier of the range. I think for me the spikes of 1850 36 hours post injection...
I have found this to be true for me. At levels 250 and below when I started, I had anxiety. However, since starting TRT, if my levels are above 1100 at trough, my anxiety and stress response is not good at all. This was especially true when it came to performance anxiety. TRT healed my...
Thank you for the reply. I think you point, and Maffetone, whom I follow,, is good. The chronically elevated heart-rates of competitive rowers may be the more devastating factor.
The word the bothers me is desensitization. That is to say, if one needs more NO to induce muscle relaxation, that...
Guys,
I am obsessed with endothelial health and maintaining its health (because penis health), which includes not damaging it. The below study seems to suggest that certain exercise selections can hinder endothelial health due to desensitization of cells. Am I reading this correctly?
A large...
If you find a solution, please share it. I have the same issues lately. I fall asleep easily at 9:30 or 10, and then up from midnight to 4am or 2am to 6am. One could set a clock by it. I have tried melatonin, meditation, booze, no booze, sex, no sex, cold rooms, hot rooms, etc. I already...
Thanks for posting this. I was exposed to the pesticide listed from the age of 8 to 18, for 2-4 days every week. I will be interesting to see what comes of further studies, as I still wonder why low-T hit me at such a young age (diagnosed at 39, but symptoms started at 34ish).
Do you know Shawn Baker? You have used him as a poster child for your pro-keto diet stance in multiple threads. I ask because I follow him on Insta and his carnivore project. Keep in mind he is setting records in the 100m, 1 minute and 500M rows, not the true endurance events. His are very much...
Thank you so much. The bolded section is what I needed to know. I was trying to get around the capsule being SR by separating the two parts and ingesting the powder, but noticed I still responded differently at 36mg SR than I did at 25mg Viagra. Now I know why, and I will up my dose to account...
I do not mean to be dense, but that only confuses the matter more. Compare SR capsules to oral dissolvable tablets. One is sustained release and the other fast acting, yet both say take 60 min prior:
Capsules:
Benefits: Capable of sustained release, which alters the pharmacokinetics of the...
I have been buying Sildenafil SR 36mg from Empower, and the SR part is confusing. The label says take 30-60 min before sex, but it is a slow release. In practice, it still may not work in 30-60 minutes if you open the capsule.
I wrote and called Empower to ask if the capsule, ingredient or...
Mine will subside if I get up and walk around, but it may take awhile. Now, I can lose it in 15 seconds if I am actually trying to have sex and think about NOT losing an erection. Psychological ED is a bitch.
Nonetheless, it is not whether I can lose it or not upon awaking, it is the question...
Is there a chance that having prolonged nocturnal erections might lead to penile tissue damage?
I have been doing a ton aerobic work lately and using citrulline and daily Cialis, and the last two nights I have been waking up with crazy hard erections that hurt a bit, even after going down...
I agree with this. My father is on TRT, and his orthopedist made him go off trt for 12 weeks after hip replacement "because TRT causes clots." My dad's TRT doctor argued that my dad should remain on, as his body needs testosterone for recovery plus mental health, but, alas, the orthpedist...
