What would you do if you were on insulin? Not take it for 2 weeks? Of course not. You are in a prescription medicine for a medical condition. Take your meds and supplies, with the rx label on and if you are really worried ask for a travel letter from your doc.
But first change your...
I’m with Defy and taking 120mg T and 120mg N with 750 HCG split M/W/F. Really happy with my protocol, I added Nandrolone because I was very sensitive to DHT and had some chronic joint pain.
I’ve read that study, it’s based on 15mg/kg per day. So for a 220lb guy we are talking about over 1000mg a week. That’s not the dose we we talking about with adding ND to TRT. Most of us are adding 50-150mg/wk.
I’m with Defy as well. We have titrate doses around for a while but for the last 2 years I’ve been on 120T, 120N and 750IU HCG. I inject M/W/F. I feel phenomenal, I was very sensitive to DHT, nandrolone converts to DHN which is weaker than DHT.
Clear head, no acne or water retention and great...
This is just silly from a pharmaceutical economics perspective. A quick search shows a cost of C8 coconut oil of about 1.70 a fluid oz. A 10ml vial of generic test would have approx 0.34oz. That equates to about 0.54 a vial. The cash price from a compounding pharmacy is about 45 bucks with a...
There is a huge misunderstanding that I think is occurring here. We are discussing nutrition on an injected substance. Whatever we think about nutritional superiority of certain oils that is when I heated orally where they undergo first pass metabolism before being exposed to the circulating...
Not a physician, but I am a critical care paramedic and a long time TRT patient.
Obviously the first advice would be to lower your doses and split them into every other day or daily doses to minimize side effects.
For your hypertension my advice would be a diuretic (water pill) like HCTZ...
Exciting. I’ve been on semaglutide for 4 months and have had great success. Lost the 35 pounds that I’ve been struggling with for years, lipids normalized A1C plummeted and BP improvements. A few GI side effects during the titration period but now nothing.
I
I wouldn’t say definitively that T <150% causes problems. I’m with Defy and we have added nandrolone to my protocol and are currently 1:1 at 120mg each a week. I have a low SHBG and have been very sensitive to DHT. This has resolved almost all my TRT side effects. As a general rule yes most...
I’m wit Defy and Mike is my provider. We added nandrolone for joint pain and to lower my TCyp because I was very sensitive to DHT. I’m taking 120 T and 120 N with 750 HCG split M/W/F. I feel great and have no side effects. I can handle the more mild DHN and with a lower T dose my DHT is dialed...
Exactly the point I was going to add. I bet he also drank water daily. Maybe it was because of that?
1 story without a lot of details is absolutely meaningless.
There are plenty of papers referenced on this forum that conclusively show that low T is a risk for CV disease, and now others are...
That is absolutely not true. I have been a medical supervisor at a blood bank and I now work in organ donation. Being on prescribed TRT is not a deferral reason.
One of the questions is the injection of recreational drugs or steroids. They don’t mean injection of prescribed TRT. The idea is...
I’ve been a Defy patient for a few years. I recently added Nandrolone for a few reasons. I have some long term joint and back pain that has been nagging me and I wanted to lower my T dose as I was experiencing some high DHT symptoms. My current protocol is 120mg T-Cyp, 120mg Nandrolone and...
Let me ask you this, if this was insulin for diabetes would you not take it on your trip? You have a medication prescribed by your physician. Take your meds.
I travel domestically and to Canada quite regularly. I carry it on and have never had an issue.
Regarding HCG, being out of the fridge...
I had my intake with Dr Saya and he was awesome, a true expert. Mike had been managing my care since then and I couldn’t be happier. I’m also on a 1:1 test nandrolone protocol and couldn’t be happier.
I had some swelling, low libido, and acne (probably too high DHT). Dropping my T and increasing my nandrolone has allowed me to keep the same therapeutic effect along with reduction in joint pain.
I was taking 160 of T Cyp and 750 HCG. I’m a high aromatizer and was dealing with high E and DHT levels. Over several changes we have settled at 120 T cyp and 120 ND and 750 HCG. I split this M/W/F and feel great. A little drop in HDL but overall lipids are ok. Added in 3G Krill oil as well...
I’ve had great success with Valsartan (similar to losartin) with a low dose (5mg) Bystolic. Bystolic is a unique B blocker that is very cardio selective has NO2 releasing effects (actually improves sexual function) and for most no exercise limitations.
Greetings all,
I’m pretty well dialed in on my protocol. 40mg TCyp 40mg Nandrolone and 250U HCG three times a week.
The nandrolone and TCyp are the same concentration and both suspended in grapeseed oil.
Before I added the Nandrolone I was using Nelson’s method for injecting. But with 2 oil...
Long time paramedic here. Proper technique for subq is to pinch and insert at a 45 degree angle. If you use a short needle 3/8th or less inject at a 90 degree angle into the fold. It’s to ensure you are delivering the medicine into that fatty layer.
Don’t be sorry, aren’t we all after Pandora’s Box? Sorry couldn’t stop my self.
But from what I researched and Mike validates is not by itself. DHT and FT/E ratios are really important. Nandrolone converts to DHN which is weaker than DHT. Having enough DHT is critical to Libido but too much...
Greetings all. I’m posting this to get thoughts from the group as well as to journal my results for the group.
I’m 42 and been on TRT for a few years. I have secondary hypogonandism, a past sleeve gastrectomy, hashimotos, and some mild hypertension well controlled. I also had a past...
