I train jiu jitsu 6am mon-thurs. We drill for 30 minutes and spar for 30 minutes. Nothing too crazy. I talked to the other guys and most do not feel blown out after training.
On a good week I’ll also lift weights 2-3x and maybe get a run in or hit the assault bike.
I rarely do two workouts in...
Hey guys, I recently had some labwork done. 39 year old male, exercise daily, eat clean, plenty of sleep and hydration.
Here are the results (Labs taken at 8:45am, fasted)
Testosterone, Total: 421 Ref: 249-836 ng/dL
Testosterone, Free: 9.39 Ref: 4.5-23 ng/dL
Testosterone, Free %: 2.2...
CoastWatcher, I realized that I put that in the wrong channel. This is the blood work channel. So I wanted to switch it over, however I could not figure out how to delete the old one. Is it really that big of a deal?
Hi all,
Just had some labwork done but my appointment with Defy isn't until June. These results, which were requested by Defy, are from just 100mg/wk Test-E, no supplements or anything else. I just got back to USA so I wanted to get a good doctor on my return, hence why I signed up at Defy.
So...
Since the beginnning basically. June of 2016. But it's been a bumpy road. Still trying to dial it in. I dropped down from 125 to 100 per week about 2 months ago. It did help a lot with my anger, but still having some issues. Also my libido got better after I dropped down.
Thanks Vince.
I was taking 125mg/wk before but I was a complete psycho. Dropped it down after reading some posts on guys who have been doing 80-100mg successfully. Also, I am not too keen on taking an AI.
I haven't had bloods done in a while because I am overseas and not due to return to USA...
Hi all,
Currently taking 100mg/wk of Test-E. I have it split into EOD injections.
On a consistent basis, I feel very angry and irritable, to the point that it is negatively impacting my life and relationships.
However, the second half or so of the second day (the evening before I take my...
I have Test-E which comes in a preloaded syringed. I usually back fill 7 of them for EOD injections over 2 weeks. Is there a way to do that but with backfilling? Since I don't have a vial to draw from.
Thanks man. Would it make sense to just go EOD on the opposite days of my test? So alternating days.
Also, would it make sense for me to scale into it...for example 100EOD to 150 EOD to 200 EOD over a few weeks period?
Thanks Jackie, sounds like a good idea. I have secondary hypgonadism, so the problem always began in the pituitary for me. It took me about 1 year of misery before I even went on TRT. So I feel like backfilling the pathways would be ideal at this point. My nuts also shrunk big time almost to 1/2...
Oops sorry, I was going to go with the standard 250IU 2x week. I guess it doesn't matter in terms of scheduling it on or around the TRT dose, from what I can gather.
Thanks ERO, appreciate the response. Do you need to inject a big dose at the beginning? I read somewhere that you do 2000IU first then go to 25IUx2 per week.
Hi All,
I am currently on 250mg Test-E every 2 weeks. I do EOD injections to keep stable e2 levels. I recently got a script for HCG because I just want to see if it works for me or not, rather than wondering. I had to get it from a different doctor because my TRT doctor wouldn't do it, but...
Thanks for the feedback guys, really helpful. I didn't think that switching from e3.5d to EOD would have such a dramatic effect, since technically I am still injecting the same amount of Test. Especially after having been on it for 10 weeks already.
I thought I was just losing my mind or that...
Thanks JQ88. Do you mean if I go back to the bigger shot but e3.5d, itll give me a boost in Testosterone?
Not sure I quite understand the graph. Is it telling me what my blood levels should be if my protocol is regarding a certain frequency x amount of TRT?
I figured that I should do that...but didn't want to reset the adjustment period so to speak. Like if I switch back will I just prolong the period of feeling shitty. Should have never changed a protocol that was working in the first place...
I have been on EOD for about 2 weeks. I've been on TRT for about 10. My dose is 125mg testE per week. Wonder if it possible that my e2 dropped too low? Or if it just takes my body time to adjust.
I have done a lot of research on this, as my doctor's believe that there is no connection between crohn's and low T. I believe it is due to an over responsive immune system in the form of Cortisol, to combat an inflammed gut lining. Which disrupts the HPTA axis. Subsequently our Testosterone is...
I personally struggled with Clomid as well. My T sky rocketed from around 300 up to 1100. But the issue was that my estrogen also sky rocketed. I was literally insane, until I finally sucked it up and got on TRT. Clomid also jacked up my vision, still to this day...
saberx thank you for posting this man. I can relate. I recently switched from e3.5d to EOD and now I feel worse....I was feeling pretty good on e3.5d but figured that I might feel better increasing the frequency as my Estrodial tests came in a little high. (Also, I have little to no reference as...
After reading Gene's article it seems like the right move. I also have secondary Hypogonadism, my pituitary is where the problem was (wasn't producing enough LH). So it is possible that if I back fill those hormones I might feel a lot better? One thing that freaks me out a bit is that my...
Thanks guys, very helpful. I appreciate the feedback!! I am worried that I haven't really given myself enough time to establish a baseline with TRT only. I have heard that HCG can boost your estrogen, then you have to take an AI... I guess I have to try different things and over time see what...
